In rare cases where the repair requires specialized equipment or parts we don't have on hand, we'll inform you upfront and make arrangements to bring the unit in for further diagnosis. We will never charge you without your approval.

We accept cash and major e-wallets including GCash and Maya. Payment is made after the repair is completed and you're satisfied with the results.
If we are unable to repair your phone after diagnosing it, there may be a minimal diagnostic fee. We will always inform you about this before any work is done and never charge without your approval.
